Earlier reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it is still not working. Hence the house received many sand in it.
The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, repairing up in a couple of places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no grievances about the home. We liked the price of this house and didn’t expect a whole large amount.
A couple of notes about past reviews. There is now a hose outside in order to clean off sand (but no mat at leading of stairs), plus the fridge looked pretty new and was not rusty.
The sights and beach was Totally beautiful. The wander for the beach is what I loved the most. The house alone just isn't in good shape. It is previous and very outdated. The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and never good with small kids mainly because of the very pointy edges, the mattresses need to get thrown out and new kinds introduced in.
